daSpots app for iPhone and iPad

daSpots is a free social networking app that allows users to share their favorite places with others. Simply go to your favorite spot and enter some details in the app, snap a pic, and post. Users can search by a category, by a users alias, or do a general range search from their position.

There are also map utilities that allow you to get directions from your current location to the selected spot using your devices native navigation functions. No positional information is saved by the app locally on your device or on daSpots backend servers.

Additional features include posting a profile pic using your devices camera or uploading an image already on your device.
